Processing time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not placed on weekends or holidays.
We currently ship from Sweden to Sweden, Europe and selected international destinations. All orders are shipped with PostNord.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, postal delays, customs processing and other circumstances outside our control.
For untracked shipments, no tracking information is available once the order has been dispatched. If you would like to follow your package during transit, we strongly recommend choosing tracked shipping at checkout.

Processing Time
Orders are prepared and packed before being handed over to the shipping carrier. Delivery estimates shown above apply after your order has been dispatched.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. If you selected a tracked shipping option, your tracking information will be included when available.
International Orders, Customs & Import Fees
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other fees determined by the destination country.
Any applicable customs charges or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout. ALTSTL has no control over customs processing times or charges imposed by local authorities.
