We want you to feel confident when shopping with ALTSTL.

If you change your mind, you have the right to return your order in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Your Right to Return

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@altsteel.se within the 14-day period and let us know that you wish to return your order.

After notifying us, the item must be sent back within 14 days.

Sale and discounted items are also covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal.

Condition of Returned Items

You may inspect the product in the same way you reasonably would in a physical store.

Please return the item in good condition and, where possible, in its original packaging.

If the product has been handled more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics or function, and this has caused the product to lose value, we may make a reasonable deduction from the refund corresponding to the loss in value.

Missing original packaging alone does not automatically mean that your return will be refused.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping when using the right of withdrawal.

You may choose your preferred shipping provider. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your proof of postage, as you are responsible for the return until it reaches us.

Refunds

Once we have received your return, or you have provided proof that the item has been sent back, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

When you withdraw from the entire order, we will also refund the cost of our standard delivery method. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, such as express shipping, the additional shipping cost is not refundable.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that they have been sent back.

Refunds will be processed within the time required by applicable consumer law. Once issued, your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

Exchanges

Would you like to exchange your item for another product?

Please contact us before returning your item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

The customer is responsible for return shipping when exchanging an item due to preference, size or change of mind.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and, where possible, photos of the issue.
