Processing time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not placed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping costs
Free shipping on all orders over 399 SEK within Sweden.
For orders under 399 SEK, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Free shipping on all orders over 499 SEK within the EU and Non-EU (European Union and Norway, Switzerland, Great Britain)
Free shipping on all orders over 599 SEK outside EU ( USA, China, Kanada)
For orders within the EU, no customs duties or import fees apply — VAT is included in the price. For orders shipped to countries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom, and Norway), local customs duties and import fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are handled by the receiving country's customs authority

Sweden: 2-5 business days
Europe: 5-10 business days
Rest of the world: 10-20 business days
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping outside the EU
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs authorities may require a personal identification number (such as a national ID number, tax ID, or equivalent) to process your shipment through customs and for VAT declaration purposes.
To ensure your order clears customs without delays, we will contact you via email prior to dispatch to request this information. Please respond promptly — failure to do so may result in delays or the package being held at customs.
